The stunning 458 Italia is more powerful yet more fuel efficient than the F430 it will replace.
The car was designed by Pininfarina, as with all recent Ferrari models.
In particular, the front grille features deformable winglets that lower at high speeds,in order to offer reduced drag.
Ferrari legend Michael Shumacher helped to fine-tune the handling of the 458, which the company says delivers even greater levels of cornering grip and superior stopping power to its predecessor.
The 458 Italia is powered by a 4,499cc V8 engine which produces 570hp.
The 458 accelerates from 0-100 km/h in less than 3.4 seconds, while top speed is over 325 km/h.
